The Company

MUNDILEX is a professional society founded in 1979 by Josep-Antoni Gràcia and Maria-Dolors Malfeito. The increase in number of clients and the volume and importance of the cases entrusted to us, show us that an up-to-date organization was needed. So we transformed the traditional estructure in a share's company including all the professional working at that time for the firm. This transformation was based on the founder's idea to incorporate the professionals who show their skills in the day-by-day practice.

The legal name of the company is SOCIETAT D'ADVOCATS MUNDILEX S.L. We founded it on 2003, february 14, Saint Valentin Day, in the public notary office of Carlos Cabadés O'Callaghan. The Spanish Tax Numer ( NIF) is B63085955 and is registered in the Barcelona's Commercial Registry (Registre Mercantil), volume 35261, sheet B262719.
